It premiered on February 17, 2008, a week following the finale of Juken Sentai Gekiranger, and ended on February 8, 2009. It aired as part of TV Asahi's 2008 Super Hero Time block alongside Kamen Rider Kiva. Its footage was used for the American series Power Rangers RPM and was dubbed into Korean for Power Rangers Engine Force. The catchphrase for the series is "Rushing by at full-throttle mach speed, our slogan is 'go on!'".

Super Inggo is an International Emmy-nominated fantaserye aired on the Philippine television network ABS-CBN. Its main character is Budong, a 10-year-old kid who dreams of becoming a real life and full-fledged superhero. Unknown to him, he possesses superhuman strength and abilities which he inherited from his Superhero father and Villain mother. The series started August 28, 2006 and ended its first season run on February 9, 2007, ranking at number 2 in the nationwide Philippine Nielsen ratings. The show went on air again November 3, 2007 titled, Super Inggo 1.5: Ang Bagong Bangis' as a prelude installment to the future events in Book 2 of the superserye.

Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan is a Philippine fantasy-drama television series by GMA Network. It is a spin-off of the Japanese Metal Hero series Space Sheriff Shaider. It may be considered a local revival of the tokusatsu genre. since several dubbed productions, including Shaider, that were aired in the country in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The three Zaidos were played by Dennis Trillo, Marky Cielo and Aljur Abrenica.
The production for the series began October 2006. Originally conceived as a Filipino remake of the original Shaider the Toei Company rejected the original script but gave its blessing to a spin-off series set twenty years after the original Shaider series. The series' original working title was Shaido.

Torchy the Battery Boy was the second television series produced by AP Films and Gerry Anderson, running from 1960 to 1961. It was another collaboration with author Roberta Leigh and was directed by Anderson, with music scored by Barry Gray, art direction from Reg Hill and special effects by Derek Meddings. The second series of 26 episodes was produced by Associated British-Pathé without the involvement of Anderson and AP Films. Both series have been released on DVD.

Star Trek: Odyssey is a Star Trek fan production from Areakt Productions, the creators of Star Trek: Hidden Frontier. Set after the end of Hidden Frontier, Odyssey follows the USS Odyssey as it struggles to get home from a dangerous mission that has taken it and her crew 2.5 million light years from home... to the unknowns of the Andromeda Galaxy. This is the first Star Trek series, fan produced or otherwise, to take place outside of our own Earth's galaxy.

Kousoku Sentai Turboranger is the thirteenth entry of Toei Company's Super Sentai series. The first Super Sentai title of the Heisei period, it was aired on TV Asahi on February 25, 1989 to February 23, 1990 with a total of 51 episodes. And it was the first series to air on Fridays instead of Saturdays. Its international title in English as listed by Toei is Turbo Rangers.
During its initial run, Turboranger was the 11th Super Sentai and billed as the 10th anniversary title of the Super Sentai series. However, in 1995, Himitsu Sentai Gorenger and J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai officially became the first two Super Sentai series; thus making Turboranger the 13th in the franchise.
